We base our letting fees on the rental value of your property. For our two levels of service, this is calculated accordingly:
Full Management - An initial advance fee of 90% of the first months rent (75%+VAT) subject to a minimum fee of £600.00 (£500.00+VAT). For example, if the monthly rent was £1,000.00, the fee would be £900.00 including VAT. The monthly management is charged at 12% of rent (10%+VAT) for the term of the Tenancy, subject to a minimum fee of £66.00 (£55.00+VAT). For example, if the monthly rent was £1,000.00, the monthly management fee would be £120.00 including VAT.
Let Only - The equivalent of one months’ rent + VAT subject to a minimum fee of £600.00 (£500.00+VAT). For example, if the monthly rent was £1,000.00, the fee would be £1,200.00 including VAT.
Renewal (extension) fee - £90.00 (£75+VAT)
When using our services as a tenant you will be liable for certain fees. We’re committed to disclosing our fees upfront so there are no hidden surprises further down the line, and our administration fee covers all of our upfront services to yourself, including references, paperwork and registering the deposit.
We may charge a tenant any or all of the following when required:
Administration fee (Company tenancy) - £510.00 (£425+VAT)
We shall continue to apply the charges within the existing tenancy agreement until 31st May 2020.
Renewal (extension) fee - £42.00 (£35+VAT)
